General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via our online shop (landsberg.eu). Consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) are natural persons who enter into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial activity nor to their self-employed professional activity.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By placing your order by clicking the "Buy now" button, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon our confirmation by email or delivery of the goods.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately during the order process.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are currently available:

Payment is due upon completion of the order.
Delivery 6
The delivery is made exclusively to addresses within the EU. Delivery time is generally 2–5 working days. In the event of delivery delays, we will inform you without undue delay.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. **Excluded** from withdrawal are:
- Sealed cosmetic products if the seal has been removed after delivery.

8. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
9. Warranty and Liability
The statutory warranty rights apply. We shall be liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence.
10. Dispute Resolution

11. Final Provisions
The law of the Republic of Mata shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
