Shipping policy
Shipping Conditions
1. Shipping Countries
We currently deliver within Germany and to all countries of the European Union (EU), as well as Switzerland. Deliveries to other countries are not possible at this time.
2. Shipping Costs
• Within Germany: Shipping costs are a flat rate of 5.90 €. Shipping is free for orders of 99 EUR or more.
• Within the EU: Shipping costs are a flat rate of 9.90 €. Shipping is free for orders of 199 EUR or more.
• To Switzerland: Shipping costs are a flat rate of 9.90 €. Shipping is free for orders of 199 EUR or more. Additional import duties and, if applicable, VAT will be charged by the carrier and must be paid by the buyer.
3. Delivery Time
The delivery time is usually 2–5 business days from the shipping date. In exceptional cases, such as during periods of high demand or due to external circumstances (e.g., delays caused by shipping providers), delivery may take longer. Especially for deliveries to Switzerland, the delivery time is extended due to the necessary customs procedures.
4. Shipping Provider
We ship our products via our logistics partner CCS-Express GmbH. A tracking number will be provided by email after shipping, if available.
5. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. For orders placed on weekends or public holidays, processing will take place on the next business day.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered, e.g., due to incorrect address information, we will contact you to resolve the situation. Any additional shipping costs for a reshipment will be borne by the customer.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If a package is damaged during transport or lost, please contact us immediately. We work closely with our logistics partner CCS-Express GmbH to find a solution.
8. Customs and Import Fees
No additional customs or import fees apply for deliveries within the EU.
