Return Policy
We grant you a 14-day return policystarting from the day you receive your order.
Conditions for a return:
• The item must be in the condition you received it, unused and in the original packaging.
• The seal must not be opened or damaged.

After reviewing your return request, you will receive detailed instructions from us on how to return the item. Please note that we cannot accept items that were sent to us without a prior return request.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate the issue and find a solution.
Exceptions – Non-refundable Items
Certain items are excluded from returns, in particular:
• Sealed cosmetic products, if the seal has been removed or damaged after delivery.
•
Items that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, provided their seal has been removed.
Exchange
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the originally received item. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal
Regardless of our return policy, you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the goods were shipped to the European Union.
To exercise this right of withdrawal, the item must be:

in the condition in which you received it (unworn, unused, with tags attached),
•
be in the original packaging,
•
as well as be returned with proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or order confirmation).
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
In case of approval, the refund will be processed within10 working days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
