What is a Guasha?
A Guasha is a traditional tool that originates from Chinese medicine. The word "Gua" means "to rub" or "to scrape," while "Sha" describes the skin reaction caused by the technique. In modern cosmetics, this method is gently adapted for facial treatments and offers a soothing way to firm the skin.

Skin Condition

Application

• Cleanse your face and apply your preferred AROCELL™ serum or cream.
• Hold the Guasha flat and gently stroke it from the center of the face outward:

  • Jaw area: From the center of the chin along the jawline to the ears.

  • Cheeks: From the nose over the cheekbones outward.
    
  • Forehead: From the center of the forehead sideways to the temples.
    
  • Eye area:
    Under the eyes: Carefully glide the narrow side of the Guasha from the inside out to reduce puffiness and refresh the skin.
    Upper eye area: Place the Guasha with the rounded side below the eyebrow and gently pull it outward to the temple. This supports the lifting effect and firms the skin.
    

• Repeat each stroke 3-5 times per area.
• Clean the Guasha after each use with a damp cloth.
  
  

Tip: For an extra refreshing effect, store the Guasha in the refrigerator before use.
