What is a Guasha?
A gua sha is a traditional tool with its origins in Chinese medicine. The word "gua" means "to rub" or "to scrape," while "sha" describes the skin reaction caused by the technique. In modern cosmetics, this method has been gently adapted for facial treatments and offers a soothing way to tighten the skin.
The AROCELL™ Lifting Ceramic Guasha is more than just a tool—it's the perfect addition to your skincare routine. The high-quality ceramic design was specially developed to optimize the absorption and effectiveness of AROCELL™ skincare products.
Through targeted massage movements, the Guasha stimulates circulation, promotes lymphatic drainage, and supports skin firming. The ergonomic shape allows for precise treatment of every area of the face—including the jaw, cheeks, and forehead. At the same time, the cool material provides a refreshing effect that reduces puffiness and soothes the skin.
In combination with the highly effective AROCELL™ products such as serums or creams, the Guasha maximizes the visible results: a firmer, smoother and radiant complexion.

Application
- Cleanse your face and apply your preferred AROCELL™ serum or cream.
- Place the Guasha flat and stroke it gently from the center of the face outwards:
- Jaw area: From the middle of the chin along the jaw line to the ears.
- Cheeks: From the nose over the cheekbones outwards.
- Forehead: From the middle of the forehead laterally to the temples.
- Eye area:
Under the eyes: Gently glide the narrow side of the gua sha from the inside out to reduce puffiness and refresh the skin.
Upper eye area: Place the gua sha with the rounded side below the eyebrow and gently pull it outward toward the temple. This supports the lifting effect and firms the skin.
- Repeat each move 3-5 times per area.
- Clean the Guasha with a damp cloth after each use.
Tip: For an additional freshness effect, store the Guasha in the refrigerator before use.
